Zhuzhou Hongda Electronics Corp.,Ltd. (300726.SZ) announced that its investee company, Jiangsu Zhanxin Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. ("Jiangsu Zhanxin"), has submitted an application for an initial public offering (IPO) on the ChiNext board to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, which has been accepted.
As of the announcement date, the company indirectly holds 51.0236 million shares of Jiangsu Zhanxin through Nanjing Yixin Yiyi Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership), representing 13.79% of its total pre-IPO shares.
