CMON Unveils 3-for-1 Non-Underwritten Rights Issue and Issues EGM Circular

CMON Limited released a circular on 15 July 2026 outlining plans for a rights issue on a non-underwritten basis. Eligible shareholders are entitled to subscribe for three rights shares for every one existing share held.

The circular—together with the notice of an upcoming extraordinary general meeting (EGM)—is accessible in both English and Chinese on CMON’s website (www.cmon.com) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders who experience difficulties accessing the online documents can request free printed copies by completing and returning the enclosed request form to Tricor Investor Services Limited at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing is-ecom@vistra.com. A prepaid mailing label is provided for local postage.

Stakeholders wishing to receive future corporate communications electronically should supply a functional email address to their respective bank, broker, custodian, nominee, or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Until an email address is on record, the Company will dispatch only printed notices of publication.
