Haitian Flavouring 2025 Revenue Rises 9.04% to 27.40 Billion RMB; Online Sales Surge 31.87%

Foshan Haitian Flavouring and Food Company Ltd. (Haitian Flavouring) reported 2025 operating revenue of 27.40 billion RMB, an increase of 9.04% from 25.13 billion RMB in 2024.

Product mix • Soy sauce remained the core contributor, generating 14.93 billion RMB, up 8.55% year on year. • Oyster sauce sales grew 5.48% to 4.87 billion RMB. • Flavored sauces advanced 9.29% to 2.92 billion RMB. • The “Others” category, including vinegar, chicken essence and seasonings, expanded 14.55% to 4.68 billion RMB, the fastest growth among all product lines.

Sales channels • Offline revenue increased 7.85% to 25.76 billion RMB. • Online revenue accelerated 31.87% to 1.64 billion RMB, lifting the channel’s share of total sales to 6.0%, from 4.9% a year earlier.

Regional performance • Eastern China: 5.45 billion RMB, up 13.63%. • Southern China: 5.71 billion RMB, up 12.46%. • Central China: 6.05 billion RMB, up 7.96%. • Northern China: 6.77 billion RMB, up 5.78%. • Western China: 3.42 billion RMB, up 5.22%.

Distributor network Haitian Flavouring ended 2025 with 6,702 distributors. During the year, 923 new distributors were added and 928 were lost, resulting in a marginal net decrease of five. Eastern and Southern regions showed the highest gross additions, while the Northern region recorded the largest attrition.

The board released the figures in accordance with China Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises on 26 March 2026.
