Bulletin Express09-04 17:47

Laekna, Inc. (Laekna) reported no changes to its capital structure for the month ended 31 August 2026, according to the company’s monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 4 September 2026.

Authorised capital remained unchanged at 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.00001 each, equivalent to an aggregate authorised share capital of USD 50,000. Issued share capital also held steady at 449.33 million ordinary shares, and the company continued to hold no treasury shares.

The filing confirms that Laekna met the Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float requirement as of 31 August 2026, based on publicly available information.

Share-based incentives showed limited activity during the month. Under the Pre-IPO Share Option Scheme (adopted 11 April 2018), outstanding options declined by 63,000 to 23.60 million after a distribution by the employee share ownership plan (ESOP) trust; no new shares were issued and no treasury shares were transferred. The Post-IPO Share Option Scheme (adopted 9 June 2023) recorded no grants, exercises, cancellations or lapses, leaving zero options outstanding but an available issuance capacity of 1.31 million shares.

No shares were issued under the 2024 Share Award Scheme’s 10% mandate limit of 39.01 million shares, and the company confirmed that no warrants, convertible securities or other equity-linked instruments were outstanding or exercised during the period.

All confirmations required under Hong Kong Listing Rules—covering receipt of funds, compliance with listing conditions and legal filings—were provided by Company Secretary Ke Chenyu in the submission.
