Hisense Home Appliances Group Co.,Ltd. (HISENSE HA) has announced that its controlling subsidiary, Qingdao Hisense Hitachi Air Conditioning System Co., Ltd., has recently completed a change to its corporate name.
The change was made to align with business development requirements and the necessary industrial and commercial registration procedures have been finalized.
The subsidiary has obtained a new business license issued by the Huangdao District Market Supervision Administration in Qingdao.
Following the change, the subsidiary's new registered name is Qingdao Hisense Bosch Air Conditioning System Co., Ltd. (Hisense Bosch).
