Latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange reveals that on February 3, First Beijing Investment Limited sold 1.44 million shares of NEW ORIENTAL-S (09901) at a price of HK$49.0174 per share. The total transaction value amounted to approximately HK$70.64 million. Following this disposal, the firm's shareholding was reduced to about 188 million shares, representing a stake of 10.96%.
