Geo Energy Resources Limited said it transferred 169,700 treasury shares on Sep, 17 2026 to satisfy the exercise of employee share options granted under the Geo Energy Share Option Scheme.

Before the move, the company held 4,843,567 treasury shares, equal to 0.273% of its 1,776,730,026 issued shares (excluding treasury shares). After the transfer, its treasury‐share balance was reduced to 4,673,867, representing 0.263% of the enlarged issued share base of 1,776,899,726.

The transferred shares were valued at about 0.05 million Singapore dollars.
