Effective March 23, 2026, ETERNAL BEAUTY (06883) has announced changes to its board composition. Mr. Liu Yingheng has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director. Mr. Li Zhuoran has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the company. Mr. Tao Zhiqiang has resigned from his position as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective March 23, 2026, in order to focus on his other business ventures. Following his resignation, Mr. Tao Zhiqiang has also ceased to serve as the Chairman of the Board Audit Committee, as well as a member of the Board Remuneration Committee and the Board Nomination Committee.
