On December 29, the Shanghai Financial Regulatory Bureau issued an approval regarding Zheng Yuntao's qualification for the position of General Manager of the Private Banking Department of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited (ICBC), formally approving his appointment.
Public information shows that Zheng Yuntao previously served as Deputy General Manager of the Channel Management Department at ICBC's Head Office. In March 2017, he took up the post of Deputy Governor of ICBC Gansu Branch; in 2020, he was transferred to become Deputy Governor of ICBC Shandong Branch.
