Bama Tea Executes HKD 1.54 Million Share Buyback, Lifts Treasury Stock to 1.08 Million Shares

Bama Tea Co., Ltd. disclosed that it repurchased 50,000 H shares on 17 September 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were bought at prices ranging from HKD 30.20 to HKD 31.80, translating into a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 30.85 per share and an aggregate consideration of HKD 1.54 million.

Post-transaction, the company’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.06 % to 83.84 million shares. Treasury shares increased to 1.08 million, keeping total issued shares unchanged at 84.92 million.

The buyback was executed under the repurchase mandate approved on 21 April 2026, which authorises Bama Tea to acquire up to 5.30 million shares. To date, the company has repurchased 1.08 million shares, equivalent to 2.04 % of the issued share base at the time the mandate was granted.

All shares repurchased on 17 September 2026 are being held as treasury stock; no cancellations have been made. In line with Hong Kong listing rules, Bama Tea is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 17 October 2026.
