Hong Kong, 21 May 2026 — ENN ENERGY HOLDINGS LTD.’s privatisation process recorded additional share dealings by Class (6) associate BlackRock, Inc. on 20 May 2026, according to a disclosure filed under Rule 22 of the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers.
BlackRock executed five purchases and two sales, resulting in a net acquisition of 0.27 million shares. Transaction prices ranged from HK$58.45 to HK$59.08 per share.
Following the trades, BlackRock’s total holding rose to 68.92 million shares, representing 6.09 % of ENN ENERGY’s issued share capital. All dealings were carried out on behalf of discretionary investment clients.
