Hong Kong–listed Karrie International Holdings Limited has attributed the recent decline in its share price to market volatility, stating it is unaware of any undisclosed information that might explain the movement. The board confirmed there are no material adverse changes in the Group’s operations and no obligations to announce additional information under prevailing listing rules.
Management reiterated the key figures from its first-quarter business update (three months ended 30 June 2026):
• Group unaudited consolidated revenue rose approximately 35% year on year.
• Revenue from the server enclosures — general & AI segment surged about 63% versus the prior-year period.
• AI-related products accounted for roughly 20% of segment revenue, up from 12% for the year ended 31 March 2026, with sales in this category expanding to nearly seven times the level recorded in the same quarter of 2025.
Growth was driven by continued capacity expansion and higher volumes of ASIC-related server products following mass deliveries that began in 2H FY25/26. The company also initiated shipments of an AI exchanger-related product to a new leading AI customer during the quarter.
Karrie International emphasised that the announcement contains no new financial or profit forecasts and advised shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when trading its securities.
