Wanda Hotel Development (00169) announced that Wanda Chicago has finalized the sale of residential units to CPE and the acquisition of a stake in the target company, Vampire Squid Productions Limited, from CPE. All prerequisites have been fulfilled, and the transaction was completed on December 11, 2025, in accordance with the agreement. Following the completion, Wanda Chicago now holds a 49% stake in the target company. Vampire Squid Productions will not become a subsidiary of Wanda Hotel Development, and its financial results will not be consolidated into the group's financial statements.
