SEYOND Announces Appointment of Bao Suyi as Co-Company Secretary and Authorized Representative

SEYOND (02665) announced that Mr. Li Liangxian has resigned from his positions as the company's co-company secretary, authorized representative under the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622 of Hong Kong Law) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Securities Listing Rules, and as the agent for receiving legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong under the Listing Rules, effective May 15, 2026. Ms. Bao Suyi has been appointed as the co-company secretary, authorized representative, and legal process agent, effective from the same date. Mr. Yao Yuan, the company's Chief Financial Officer and co-company secretary, will continue to serve as the other co-company secretary following these changes.
