Minieye Technology Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 2431) announced that The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited has approved the listing of and permission to deal in 89,576,892 newly converted H Shares. According to the announcement dated February 6, 2026, these shares represent approximately 21.29% of the total issued shares of the company, marking a key step toward the full circulation of its H Shares.

Minieye Technology’s 15 participating shareholders collectively hold 89,576,892 unlisted shares that will be converted into H Shares. The announcement highlights that these converted shares include holdings by the Concert Party Group, ESOP holding entities, and several other shareholders. Following the conversion, the company’s entire share capital (420,759,200 shares) will become H Shares.

Prior to the conversion, the company’s share structure comprised 78.71% H Shares and 21.29% unlisted shares. Upon completion of the conversion, 100% of the ordinary shares will trade as H Shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Minieye Technology will proceed with the necessary transaction procedures and will provide further updates in accordance with regulatory requirements.
