APAC RESOURCES (01104) has announced that as of March 31, based on the company's unaudited consolidated management accounts and the market value of its listed investments, the unaudited consolidated net asset value per share was approximately HK$4.85. This valuation has been adjusted to reflect the market price of its investment in a listed associate company.
