Pony AI Inc. has scheduled a board meeting for Wednesday, 18 November 2026 to consider and approve the Group’s unaudited financial results for the three months ended 30 September 2026.

Management will host an earnings conference call on the same day at 7:00 a.m. Eastern Time (8:00 p.m. Beijing/Hong Kong Time). Investors intending to participate by phone must complete online registration in advance; dial-in details and a unique PIN will be provided upon registration.

A replay of the call will remain available until 25 November 2026 via United States and international numbers, using access code 5361836. The live webcast and archived recording will be accessible through the company’s investor relations website.

The announcement is authorized by the Board, chaired by Dr. Jun Peng, and lists two executive directors, two non-executive directors and three independent non-executive directors.
