On 26 June 2026, China National Culture Group Limited (CN CULTURE GP) announced that the circular and proxy form for its forthcoming Extraordinary General Meeting are now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.hklistco.com/745) under “Investor Relations,” as well as on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders who previously elected to receive hard-copy corporate communications will find printed versions of the current documents enclosed. All shareholders retain the option, at any time, to switch between electronic access and printed copies at no cost.
