YSB Inc. (Cayman Islands-incorporated) filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 July 2026, showing only marginal changes to its share capital structure.
• Authorised share capital stayed at 20.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.0000025 each, representing total authorised capital of USD 50,000.
• Issued share count rose by 7,200 shares, or roughly 0.001 percent, to 691.80 million. No treasury shares were outstanding.
• The increase stemmed from option exercises under the 2019 Share Incentive Plan, which generated HKD 8,436.46 in proceeds. After the exercise and cancellations, 14.08 million options remain outstanding under this plan.
• Under the 2023 Share Incentive Plan, 62,500 options lapsed during the month, leaving 6.78 million options outstanding. The scheme still permits issuance of up to 63.24 million new shares, equivalent to 10 percent of the company’s share count on its 28 June 2023 listing date.
• A prior share-repurchase transaction of 1.80 million shares dated 21 May 2025 remains pending cancellation; no new repurchases or cancellations occurred in July.
• Management confirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum 25 percent public-float requirement as at 31 July 2026.
Overall, July’s activity had a negligible dilutive impact, and YSB’s capital structure, authorised limits, and public-float position remain largely unchanged.
