CON AERO TECH Sees 505 Million Shares Transferred Out of Citibank, Position Transfer Value Reaches HK$280 Million

According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, CON AERO TECH (00232) experienced a position transfer on September 24, with a total transfer value of HK$280 million, accounting for 6.21% of the company.

Shareholders transferred 481 million shares into BNP Paribas while transferring 505 million shares out of Citibank.

CON AERO TECH previously released its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026, reporting revenue of HK$951 million, a year-on-year decrease of 5.42%. The loss attributable to owners of the company for the period was HK$100.2 million, compared to a profit of HK$64.293 million in the same period last year. Basic loss per share was 1.08 HK cents.
