MS Concept (08447) Sets 24–27 March Book Closure; EGM on 27 March to Vote on 2026 Master Supply Agreement

MS Concept Limited (Stock Code: 08447) has scheduled an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) for 27 March 2026 at 11:00 a.m. in Training Room 1, Level 3, Core F, Cyberport 3, 100 Cyberport Road, Hong Kong. Shareholders will consider matters related to the previously announced 2026 Master Supply Agreement, classified as a continuing connected transaction.

To determine shareholders’ eligibility to attend and vote, the company will close its register of members from 24 March 2026 (Tuesday) to 27 March 2026 (Friday), both days inclusive. During this period, no share transfers will be registered. Non-registered shareholders intending to participate must lodge transfer documents and corresponding share certificates with Tricor Investor Services Limited (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong) by 4:30 p.m. on 23 March 2026. The record date for voting rights is set for 27 March 2026.

The board currently comprises three executive directors—Chairman and CEO Kwong Tai Wah, Vice Chairlady Kwong Man Yui, and Lam On Fai—and three independent non-executive directors: Lai Ming Fai Desmond, Dr. Cheng Lee Lung, and Kwok Yiu Chung.

The company reaffirmed that the information provided aligns with the GEM Listing Rules and is accurate and complete to the best of the directors’ knowledge. The announcement is available on the HKEX website and MS Concept’s corporate website for at least seven days from 9 March 2026.
