On October 10, Jiangsu Jiangyin Rural Commercial Bank Co.,Ltd. announced that its board of directors recently received a written resignation letter from director Ms. Bian Danjuan. Ms. Bian Danjuan resigned from her positions as director, member of the Related Party Transaction Control Committee, and member of the Financial Consumer Rights Protection Committee due to personal reasons, while her other positions remain unchanged. Her original term was scheduled to end upon the expiration of the bank's eighth board of directors. Her resignation will not result in the board of directors falling below the statutory minimum number of members. The resignation letter took effect upon delivery to the board of directors.
