Stock Track08-05

SharkNinja Inc. (SN) shares surged 5.4% in intraday trading Wednesday, following the release of strong second-quarter results that exceeded Wall Street expectations and a significant upward revision to its full-year outlook.

The home appliance maker reported adjusted earnings of $1.26 per share for the quarter ended June 30, compared to analyst estimates of $1.11. Net sales rose 22% to $1.77 billion, well above the $1.65 billion consensus. The top-line growth was driven by a 36.5% jump in cooking and beverage appliances—led by the Ninja Luxe Café and Ninja Crispi—and a 65.3% surge in beauty and home environment products. International sales also climbed 36.6%, with particularly strong expansion in Europe and Latin America.

Bolstering investor confidence, SharkNinja raised its fiscal 2026 net sales growth outlook to 16%-17% from its prior 11.5%-12.5% forecast, and lifted its adjusted earnings per share guidance to a range of $6.45 to $6.55, up from $6.00 to $6.10. The raised outlook reflects both stronger underlying operating performance and an expected benefit from tariff refunds.
