Lizhong Sitong Light Alloys Group Co., Ltd. (300428.SZ) announced that on October 9, 2025, the company signed a "Robot Strategic Cooperation Agreement" with Beijing WeiJing Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "WeiJing Intelligence"). Building upon this agreement, the two parties recently further signed a "Technical Agreement for Commissioned Processing of Humanoid Robot Components" (referred to as the "Technical Agreement").
Under this agreement, WeiJing Intelligence has commissioned Lizhong Sitong to undertake material selection, design, R&D, and subsequent deep processing of robot components to achieve cost reduction, performance enhancement, and improved production efficiency. After technical evaluations, Lizhong Sitong has been confirmed to possess the qualifications, technical capabilities, and production conditions required to fulfill all obligations under the agreement.
Leveraging its standardized production facilities, industry-leading CNC equipment clusters, mature smart production lines, and comprehensive quality management expertise, Lizhong Sitong will provide assembly and supporting services for WeiJing Intelligence's humanoid robots. This collaboration aims to ensure assembly precision and efficiency while accelerating mass production.
Additionally, Lizhong Sitong plans to establish Shanghai Lizhong Robotics Technology Co., Ltd. (subject to official registration approval) in Shanghai's Jiading District IRIC Intelligent Manufacturing and Robotics International Innovation Center. This subsidiary will focus on R&D, innovation, and market sales of lightweight materials and components for robotics, further deepening the company's strategic transformation in the robotics industry.
Shanghai Lizhong Robotics will serve as a key platform for industrial collaboration between Lizhong Sitong and WeiJing Intelligence, expanding cooperation in lightweight material supply, customized component development, and joint R&D. The subsidiary will also tap into local industrial resources, customer networks, and supportive ecosystems to align with market demand and strengthen its technological innovation and market responsiveness.
The signing of the Technical Agreement marks a concrete step in the strategic partnership between the two companies. Lizhong Sitong will leverage its expertise in high-end aluminum alloy R&D, die-casting, and CNC precision machining to explore new applications for its lightweight materials—such as high-performance wrought aluminum alloys and ultra-high-strength cast aluminum alloys—in emerging industries like humanoid robotics. The company will also enhance its assembly and supporting service capabilities to accumulate core project experience in this field.
