Kingsoft Cloud (03896) announced that Ms. Su Jiamin from the company's external corporate service provider, Tricor Services Limited, has resigned from her positions as Company Secretary, Authorized Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules, and the company's representative in Hong Kong for receiving legal documents and notices under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance, effective April 14, 2026. The Board further announced that Mr. Tian Bo has been appointed as Co-Company Secretary of the company, effective April 14, 2026; and Ms. Chen Xiaolin from Tricor Services Limited (who possesses the professional qualifications required under Rules 3.28 and 8.17 of the Listing Rules) has been appointed as another Co-Company Secretary, Authorized Representative, and legal process agent, also effective April 14, 2026.
