On September 25, the Quzhou Municipal Ecological Environment Bureau of Zhejiang Province accepted the environmental impact assessment application materials for the pilot project of new fluorine fine chemicals and fluorine-containing new materials (Phase I) at the fluorine-chlorine high-performance synthetic resin and specialty monomer preparation and application pilot base of Zhejiang Juhua Technology Center Co., Ltd. The relevant details are as follows:

Project Name: Pilot project of new fluorine fine chemicals and fluorine-containing new materials (Phase I) at the fluorine-chlorine high-performance synthetic resin and specialty monomer preparation and application pilot base of Zhejiang Juhua Technology Center Co., Ltd.

Construction Unit: Zhejiang Juhua Technology Center Co., Ltd.

Construction Location: Experimental factory of Zhejiang Juhua Technology Center Co., Ltd.

Project Nature: Reconstruction project

Project Investment: The total investment for this project is 163.68 million yuan, of which fixed asset investment amounts to 139.13 million yuan.

Construction Content: The project plans to purchase polymerization reactors, telomerization reactors, addition reactors, chlorination reactors, saponification reactors, distillation kettles, rectification towers, tail gas absorption towers, washing kettles, membrane presses, ovens, water-alkali washing towers, condensers, centrifugal extractors and other equipment to establish three pilot platforms with a total of 15 production lines, specifically as follows:

The fluorine-chlorine specialty monomer and derivative functional chemicals pilot platform includes: ①New coolant pilot project; ②New D5 pilot project; ③NC-1 preparation research pilot project; ④Iodine-containing fluorine monomer pilot project; ⑤Fluorine monomer flexible pilot project; ⑥PCP preparation research pilot project; ⑦Hydrofluoroether flexible pilot project; ⑧FTS-714 pilot project.

The high-performance synthetic resin pilot platform includes: ①Low melting point spray-grade ETFE resin pilot project; ②Perfluorosulfonic acid resin (JB-2) pilot project; ③P1 powder preparation research pilot project; ④PVDF-X pilot project; ⑤Polyolefin PE-1 pilot project; ⑥New emulsifier preparation research pilot project.

The waste resource utilization and treatment pilot platform includes only the iodine recovery technology research pilot project from iodine salt wastewater.
