Key Developments Driving the Move

The company recently announced that, following the quarterly review by FTSE Russell for the FTSE Global Equity Index Series, it has been selected for inclusion in the series. This includes the FTSE Global Micro Cap Index and the FTSE Global Total Cap Index. The inclusion is scheduled to take effect on Monday, June 22, 2026.

Significant Strategic Collaboration

In a separate development, SEYOND has entered into a deep collaboration with Proximity Robotics, a German robotics technology leader. The partnership focuses on integrating high-performance LiDAR solutions to advance the large-scale deployment of commercial robots across Europe.

For this joint engineering initiative, SEYOND will deploy three of its flagship LiDAR products—the Falcon K, the Sparrow W, and the Hummingbird D1R. These solutions are designed to meet Proximity Robotics's core requirements for comprehensive site monitoring, mobile robot navigation, and precise close-range operations for forklifts, aiming to create an integrated perception solution for robotics.
