Century Ginwa Retail Holdings Limited (CENTURY GINWA) announced on 30 April 2026 that three core documents are now available online: (1) the company’s 2025 Annual Report, (2) the AGM circular covering proposed general mandates to issue and buy back shares, the re-election of retiring directors and the re-appointment of auditors, and (3) the related form of proxy.
The English and Chinese versions can be downloaded from both the company’s website (www.cgrh.com.hk) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk). Registered shareholders who previously opted for physical mail will find printed copies enclosed with the notification.
Shareholders preferring hard-copy documents—or those unable to access electronic versions—may submit the enclosed reply form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the Hong Kong branch share registrar, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. A prepaid mailing label is provided; requests can also be emailed to 162-ecom@vistra.com. All printed materials will be dispatched free of charge upon receipt of a valid request.
The board emphasises that maintaining an active email address with the registrar is each shareholder’s responsibility. Without a functional email on record, shareholders will continue to receive printed notices of publication and actionable corporate communications until an email address is provided.
