On April 27, Bank Of Beijing Co., Ltd. announced its profit distribution plan for the 2025 fiscal year. The bank intends to distribute a cash dividend of 0.278 yuan per share (including tax) to all shareholders. As of December 31, 2025, the company's total share capital was 21.143 billion shares. Based on this, the total cash dividend to be distributed amounts to 5.878 billion yuan (including tax), representing 35.46% of the net profit attributable to ordinary shareholders of the parent company.
