CGS (06881) announced that China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. ("the Company") successfully issued its 21st short-term financing bill for 2025 ("the Bill") on September 8, 2025. The Bill had a total issuance amount of RMB 4 billion, with a coupon rate of 1.60% and a maturity period of 86 days, set to mature on December 3, 2025. On December 3, 2025, the Company redeemed the principal and interest of the Bill, totaling RMB 4,015,079,452.05.
