Chaozhou Three-Circle (Group) Co., Ltd. (CCTC) expects a sharp earnings uptick for the six months ended 30 June 2026, according to its preliminary results announcement filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
For the period, profit attributable to shareholders is projected at RMB 1.79–2.04 billion, representing year-on-year growth of 45%–65% from RMB 1.24 billion in the first half of 2025. Core net profit, excluding non-recurring gains and losses, is estimated at RMB 1.65–1.92 billion, up 55%–80% versus RMB 1.07 billion a year earlier.
Management attributes the improvement to stronger market demand across the electronic component and optical communication sectors. In multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCC), enhanced customer acceptance and industry momentum enabled selective price adjustments and higher shipment volumes. Concurrently, escalating global data-centre construction fuelled sales of optical communication parts such as ferrules and sleeves.
The disclosed figures are unaudited, based on internal calculations, and may be updated in the forthcoming 2026 interim report. Investors are advised to interpret the estimates prudently.
