In her debut podcast episode released today, Zhang Zetian discussed children's education with her first guest, Carina Lau.
During the program, Zhang Zetian and Carina Lau talked about the recently debated "proposed social media ban for under-16s in Australia," which both expressed strong approval for. When asked by Lau if she allows her child to use social media, Zhang Zetian stated, "Absolutely not allowed. Occasionally, they might watch documentaries or cartoons, but social media is out of the question. I hope the later, the better, but this also requires cooperation from society and schools."
Zhang Zetian also shared details about her interactions with her child, revealing, "I talk with my child. Two nights a week, I accompany her to sleep, and that's when we chat together because there are no other distractions at that time, leading to very in-depth conversations. I also take my child out alone every two or three weeks, just the two of us for a meal, to talk only about topics between us."
She further mentioned that she sees many traits of her own childhood self and those of her husband, Richard Liu (Liu Qiangdong), in their child.
On January 12, Zhang Zetian's personal podcast, "Xiao Tian Zhang," launched on the Xiaoyuzhou App, and she also opened an account on Xiaohongshu. As of the time of writing, her Xiaohongshu account has garnered 121,000 followers, while the podcast has already attracted 82,129 subscribers on the Xiaoyuzhou App.
