SingAsia Holdings Limited (8293) Announces 2026 Annual General Meeting and Key Resolutions

SingAsia Holdings Limited (stock code: 8293) has released a notice of its Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for Monday, 5 January 2026 at 3:00 p.m. in Hong Kong. According to the announcement, shareholders will be asked to receive and adopt the audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 July 2025, alongside the corresponding directors’ and auditor’s reports.

Among the proposed resolutions are the re-election of Xie Feng as executive director and the re-election of Zhai Yingying as independent non-executive director. The board will seek authorization to determine directors’ remuneration, as well as to re-appoint McMillan Woods (Hong Kong) CPA Limited as the company’s independent auditor and fix their remuneration.
