(000725) issued an announcement stating that the company's controlling shareholder, Beijing Electronics Holding Co., Ltd., cumulatively increased its holdings of the company's A-shares by 186,120,000 shares through centralized bidding transactions from July 29, 2026 to October 13, 2026, accounting for 0.50% of the company's total share capital, with a purchase amount of 999,777,764.30 yuan (excluding transaction fees). This share purchase plan has now been fully implemented.

After this equity change, Beijing Electronics Holding's interest increased from 12.58% to 13.08%, reaching the 1% integer multiple threshold.
