Storage-related stocks experienced a broad rally during Friday's trading session, with SanDisk Corp. (SNDK.US) reaching a new all-time high of $1,996.77, bringing it within striking distance of the significant $2,000 threshold.
At the time of writing, the company's shares were up more than 5%, trading at $1,984.38.
Seagate Technology PLC (STX.US) and Western Digital Corp. (WDC.US) both posted gains exceeding 7%, while Micron Technology Inc. (MU.US) advanced more than 0.8%.
