BAIGE DIGITAL Reports No Change in Share Capital for September 2026; Public Float Remains Above 25%

Baige Online Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (BAIGE DIGITAL) filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 30 September 2026, confirming a stable capital structure with no share movements during the month.

Total issued share capital stood at RMB 80.16 million, split between: • H-shares listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange: 150.96 million shares with a par value of RMB 0.25, representing RMB 37.74 million of registered capital. • Unlisted domestic ordinary shares: 169.66 million shares with a par value of RMB 0.25, representing RMB 42.41 million of registered capital.

There were: • No increases or decreases in either class of shares. • No treasury shares outstanding. • No share options, warrants, convertibles or other agreements that could dilute the share base.

The company affirmed compliance with Main Board Rule 13.32D(1), confirming its public float meets the minimum 25 % threshold required by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. All customary regulatory confirmations, including receipt of consideration for any securities issued and filing of necessary documents, were also provided by Joint Company Secretary Ke Weibin.

With no equity issuance, repurchase, or conversion activities recorded in September, BAIGE DIGITAL’s total issued share count remains at 320.62 million shares, underscoring a consistent capital position entering the fourth quarter of 2026.
