RUSAL: SUAL Partners Trims Voting Stake from 25.19% to 22.96%

United Company RUSAL (the issuer) disclosed that SUAL Partners International LLC has reduced its direct voting interest in the aluminium producer.

• Change in voting rights – Before the transaction, SUAL Partners controlled 3.83 billion votes, representing 25.19% of total voting rights. – After the transaction, the holding fell to 3.49 billion votes, or 22.96% of the total. – The divestment equals approximately 0.34 billion votes, a 2.23 percentage-point decrease.

• Effective and notification dates – The voting-right reduction took effect on 22 April 2026. – RUSAL received formal notification on 4 May 2026 and released the information to the market on 5 May 2026.

• Nature of disposal – The change reflects a direct reduction in SUAL Partners’ equity interest; no indirect or joint disposal structures are involved.

The announcement satisfies Hong Kong Listing Rule 13.10B disclosure requirements and has been simultaneously filed with Moscow Exchange and posted on RUSAL’s investor relations website.
