According to a public administrative penalty decision information disclosure table from the People's Bank of China Fuling Branch, China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd. (CM BANK) Chongqing Fuling Branch was issued a warning and fined 335,000 yuan.
The penalties were imposed for violations of financial statistics management regulations, account management regulations, and data security management regulations.
The disclosure was made on October 23.
