Bill Gates, the founder of Microsoft, apologized to employees of the Gates Foundation on the 24th for his association with the late American sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. He acknowledged that his mistake had cast a shadow over the philanthropic organization but maintained that he was not involved in Epstein's criminal activities.
