Flydoo Technology Holding Limited (the “Company”) confirmed the appointment of Mr. Ng Yuk Lam (“Mr. Ng”) as a non-executive director, effective 24 October 2025. Mr. Ng, aged 45, has broad experience in technology and travel sectors, having founded and led TravelConnect Limited as chief executive officer since 2015. He previously served as an external examiner and lecturer at the Vocational Training Council, focusing on information technology courses.

Mr. Ng holds a Master of Science in Information Systems Management from The University of Greenwich (2012) and is currently pursuing a Doctorate degree in Business Administration with a specialization in generative AI at Golden Gate University in the United States. According to the appointment letter, Mr. Ng will receive an annual director’s fee of HK$60,000, determined by the board based on market benchmarks and his professional background.

As disclosed, Mr. Ng does not hold any other positions within the group, nor does he have any directorships in publicly listed companies over the past three years. He has no relationships with any directors, senior management, substantial shareholders, or controlling shareholders of the Company. The board highlights that there is no further information to disclose regarding this appointment under the relevant listing rules and welcomes Mr. Ng’s new role as a non-executive director.
