Dhc Software Co.,Ltd. (002065.SZ) announced plans to invest 300 million yuan of its own funds to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary named Guangxi Donghe Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (provisional name). The company will hold 100% of the subsidiary's registered capital. Having already developed water conservancy informatization business in Hechi City, the establishment of this subsidiary aims to further expand local operations. The new entity will focus on deploying multiple informatization businesses, including healthcare informatization, water conservancy informatization, forestry informatization, and smart city solutions.
