On 29 April 2026, Star Plus Legend Holdings Limited informed non-registered shareholders that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report, the accompanying circular and the notice of Annual General Meeting have been published on both the company’s website (www.splegend.com) and HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).
The board reiterated that, under the expanded paperless listing regime effective since 31 December 2023 (Listing Rules 2.07A and 2.07B), the group has adopted electronic dissemination as the default method for all future corporate communications. As a result, printed copies will no longer be distributed unless specifically requested.
Key operational arrangements include: 1. Shareholders who previously opted for hard-copy materials will receive the current documents in print; further printed copies can be requested without charge through the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited. 2. Non-registered shareholders who wish to receive electronic notifications must supply a functional email address to their banks, brokers, custodians or other intermediaries holding their shares. 3. Until an email address is provided, investors will not receive publication alerts and must monitor the company’s and HKEX’s websites for updates. 4. Stakeholders preferring physical documents may submit a written request or the enclosed reply form to the share registrar at any time.
