China Bohai Bank Co., Ltd. (CBHB) announced that the National Financial Regulatory Administration has approved the qualification of Mr. Xie Kai as the Bank’s chief information officer, effective 13 April 2026.

The appointment, first disclosed on 18 December 2025, confirms Mr. Xie’s expanded mandate; he concurrently serves as a vice-president and member of the party committee.
