HC Env Tech Releases 2025 Annual Report and AGM Documents; Outlines Options for Shareholder Access

On 30 April 2026, Hongcheng Environmental Technology Company Limited (HC Env Tech) announced that its 2025 Annual Report, accompanying circular, Notice of Annual General Meeting and form of proxy (collectively defined as the “Current Corporate Communication”) are now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.sdhcgroup.cn) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board encourages shareholders to review the online versions, but printed copies can be obtained free of charge. Non-registered shareholders who experience difficulty accessing the electronic files may complete and return the enclosed Request Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or email 2265-ecom@vistra.com. A prepaid return mailing label is provided for local postage.

Shareholders who prefer electronic delivery of future corporate communications should supply a functional email address to their bank, broker, custodian, nominee or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Until a valid email address is recorded, notices of publication will be sent in printed form.
