China Satellite Communications Reports FY2025 Results with Net Profit Decline

China Satellite Communications Co.,Ltd. (601698.SH) has released its annual report for 2025. During the reporting period, the company achieved revenue of 2.645 billion yuan, representing a year-on-year increase of 4.08%. Net profit attributable to shareholders was 441 million yuan, down 2.92% compared to the previous year. After deducting non-recurring gains and losses, net profit stood at 392 million yuan, marking a significant growth of 69.39%. Basic earnings per share were 0.1044 yuan. The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 0.314 yuan per 10 shares (tax inclusive) to all shareholders.

As of December 31, 2025, China Satellite Communications operated 19 commercial communication and broadcasting satellites. Its "Haixingtong" global network service covers over 95% of the world's maritime routes. The company is focused on developing industry-specific application platforms for maritime and aviation sectors, actively promoting the rapid growth of aerospace-integrated information services. It plays an indispensable role in critical missions such as national broadcast security, emergency disaster relief, maritime rights protection, counter-terrorism, international peacekeeping, as well as in extending ground communication networks, land-sea-air broadband internet applications, and the application and maintenance of space frequency and orbit resources.

Throughout the reporting period, the company successfully completed various operational and development tasks, achieving steady growth in its core business. Full-year revenue reached 2.645 billion yuan, with net profit attributable to shareholders of 441 million yuan. By the end of 2025, the company's total assets amounted to 22.406 billion yuan, while shareholders' equity stood at 15.988 billion yuan. The asset-liability ratio was 9.63%.
