MIT is one of the more stable blue chip Reit operator in these regions. The consistancy of it's distribution, even in dire time like Covid19, has proven their worth. I am infact thinking to withdraw what was closed in my CPF Special Account and buying MIT Reit rather than transfer them to my CPF Retirement Account. The average distribution of more than 5.5% is better than the RA interest of 4%. And without the price of a permanent lock down even !
