On the morning of March 18, China Construction Bank (CCB) and Sany Group Co., Ltd. held a signing ceremony for a strategic cooperation agreement. CCB President Zhang Yi and Sany Group Chairman Tang Xiuguo attended and witnessed the signing. Shang Chaohui, General Manager of the Corporate Banking Department at CCB's Head Office, and Liu Hua, CFO of Sany Group, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective institutions.
Zhang Yi and his delegation conducted a field survey of Sany Group's No. 18 Lighthouse Factory, gaining insights into the group's development history, business segments, and product advantages. During the signing symposium, Zhang Yi expressed strong recognition for Sany Group's dedication to its core expertise and its growth into a world-class enterprise. He also thanked the group for its long-standing trust in CCB. Zhang Yi outlined CCB's service strengths in areas such as cost consulting, supply chain finance, financial leasing, and property insurance, as well as its comprehensive service capabilities in international business and digital transformation. He stated his expectation for enhanced cooperation between the two parties in key projects, capital settlement, investment banking and asset management, and personal payroll services.
Tang Xiuguo welcomed Zhang Yi's delegation and expressed gratitude for the support and partnership CCB has provided since the group's founding. He introduced Sany Group's entrepreneurial journey, corporate culture, and industrial layout. Tang noted the high degree of alignment in the development philosophies and service areas of both parties and looked forward to deepening cooperation in foreign exchange settlement and sales, overseas sales financing, and key projects.
Both parties agreed that the signing of the strategic cooperation agreement marks a new level in their partnership. They will use this as a new starting point to continuously strengthen their long-term strategic partnership within the agreement's framework and promote the achievement of more collaborative results.
Representatives from CCB's Head Office Corporate Banking Department, Party Committee Office (General Office), Hunan Provincial Branch, Johannesburg Branch, and other relevant units participated in the event.
