Based on the rich experience accumulated by both parties in their respective industrial fields, and through friendly consultation, the two sides will engage in strategic cooperation regarding business collaboration and equity investment.
The strategic cooperation between both parties aims to promote Lizhong Sitong Light Alloys Group Co.,Ltd.'s expansion from the automotive aluminum alloy materials and components sector into the humanoid robot industry, expanding the application of aluminum alloy materials and components in emerging industries. Meanwhile, it will help Weijing Intelligent break through key bottlenecks in product manufacturing costs and adaptation to complex scenarios in high-end manufacturing. The collaboration will leverage both parties' advantages in "deep integration of lightweight materials with embodied intelligent products" and "application of embodied intelligent systems in high-end manufacturing fields," achieving deep cooperation and mutual benefit for both sides.
