IGG moves to fully electronic corporate communications; shareholders asked to submit email contacts ahead of future actionable documents

Bulletin Express04-23

IGG Inc. (IGG, stock code 00799) issued a reminder on 23 April 2026 confirming the transition to electronic dissemination of all corporate communications. The initiative, first announced on 30 May 2024, covers directors’ reports, annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms.

Key points

1. Scope of electronic coverage • Both English and Chinese versions of every future corporate communication will be hosted on www.igg.com and the HKEXnews platform, replacing printed copies. • For “Actionable Corporate Communications” – documents requiring shareholder instructions, such as elections or voting – IGG will distribute files individually by email whenever a functional address is on record; otherwise, hard copies will be mailed.

2. Shareholder action required • Shareholders who have not yet provided a valid email address are encouraged to do so by scanning the personalized QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the completed form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. • Absent an email address, the company will continue to send printed actionable documents until digital contact details are supplied. • Investors preferring physical copies of all corporate communications may opt-in for one year by notifying the share registrar via the reply form or email to igg.ecom@computershare.com.hk.

3. Contact information • Share registrar helpline: +852 2862 8688 (Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. HKT, excluding public holidays).

The board, chaired by Zongjian Cai, reiterated that the shift to electronic delivery is now the default mechanism, aligning IGG with Hong Kong’s market-wide push toward paperless investor communications.
