Qianwen App has declared it is opening its platform comprehensively to third-party Agents and Skills, enabling all companies to operate their own branded Agents within the ecosystem.
Currently, a first group of enterprises including Luckin Coffee Inc., KFC, MIXUE GROUP, and China Eastern Airlines are conducting tests for Agent services on the Qianwen platform, with these services set to be rolled out progressively.
In the future, businesses will have the capability to manage their own Agents within the Qianwen App, customizing the Agent's persona and the scope of its services to deliver various product offerings to users through conversational interfaces.
Furthermore, these Agents will be equipped with memory and proactive planning capabilities, allowing them to initiate services in specific scenarios, such as providing travel reminders, notifying users of benefit expirations, or making repurchase recommendations.
